Paul focuses on the defense of physicians and other health care professionals.  Born in Atlanta, Paul lived in Ringgold, Georgia before attending Brigham Young University and the University of Georgia School of Law.  Following law school, Paul clerked for the Honorable John Simpson and the Honorable Dennis Blackmon, and then worked for Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions as an instructor, developer, and administrator before joining the Weathington Firm in 2008.

Paul graduated with University Honors from Brigham Young University in 2002, where he also taught Japanese classes for two years following a two-year church mission to Tokyo, Japan.  In law school, he served on the Editorial Board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and graduated cum laude.  Paul is admitted to practice in all Georgia trial courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Paul and his wife, Sarah, are the parents of a young daughter.
