Professional Profile
Amy M. Hoffman joined the firm at its inception. She is a former intern and aide to the Georgia General Assembly. Ms. Hoffman received her B.S. from Georgia Southern University in 1997. She graduated cum laude from Florida State University College of Law in 2001. While in law school, she served as president of Phi Delta Phi honor fraternity and was a member of the Journal of Transnational Law and Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. She also clerked for the Executive Office of the Governor of Florida.
Ms. Hoffman is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, The Florida Bar Association, Defense Research Institute and Georgia Society for Healthcare Risk Management. She is licensed to practice in the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and all Georgia and Florida trial courts. Ms. Hoffman concentrates her practice on product liability defense and the defense of physicians, nurses, and healthcare entities in professional and general liability actions and matters before the Georgia Composite Board of Medical Examiners.
