Alli began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender for Fulton County, Georgia where she garnered invaluable courtroom experience.
In 2000, she transitioned from criminal to civil practice when she joined the civil litigation firm of Allen and Weathington. Since that time, Alli's practice has primarily focused on the defense of physicians, nurses and healthcare entities in professional liability actions. In this capacity, she has successfully represented numerous physicians and health care entities in jury trials throughout the State of Georgia. Alli has also served as counsel in catastrophic tort cases that have been tried in Missouri and Arkansas.
In addition to litigation, Alli has experience in representing clients in administrative law matters before the Georgia Composite Medical Board and Georgia Board of Nursing.
In 2009, Alli was recognized by Georgia Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star in the area of medical malpractice defense. In addition, she is admitted to practice in the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and all the trial courts of Georgia.
