Paul's practice focuses on a wide array of civil litigation areas, including:
- Medical malpractice defense
- Product liability defense
- Appellate practice
He began his legal career as an attorney with a major Atlanta law firm representing clients throughout the Southeastern United States. From there, he worked as a state prosecutor in DeKalb County Georgia and as a private criminal defense trial attorney.
As a former prosecutor and private defense attorney, he successfully represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the State of Georgia. Paul has appeared on behalf of numerous clients before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Before attending law school, he worked as legislative staff for Congressman John L. Mica and was responsible for national legislative issue areas ranging from immigration policy to welfare reform.
Paul was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia. He currently lives in Atlanta and has a daughter, Kate.
